William (Bill) DOYLE
Chief Executive Officer
A Gulf War veteran, Bill is an experienced intelligence professional and corporate leader with programmatic and operations experience in intelligence, electronic warfare, and information operations. His 10-year career with SYTEX, Inc. culminated as a senior vice president. After SYTEX’s acquisition by Lockheed Martin Corporation, Bill served as the director of their information dominance and security group.
Kathy Martin
Chief Operating Officer
Kathy formerly managed a $100M program for Army participation in Joint Exercises world-wide. This involved planning, programming, budgeting and execution and coordinating with 12 major Army components, the nine Combatant Commands, Joint Staff and Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD). With an MBA in Information Technology from George Washington University, she brings a proven track record in leadership, project management, budget/data analysis, systems development and database administration.
GLENN A. PORTER
Principal
Glenn is an experienced professional in business strategy, development, operations, and acquisition. A senior VP for systems engineering during SYTEX’s phenomenal $40M to $400M growth in 15 years, he led the same group after the sale to Lockheed Martin Corporation. He was responsible for a diverse range of DoD and federal customers and major contracts, including several Homeland Security organizations. A 21-year US Army career officer, he is a Vietnam Veteran.
DAVID L. CROY
Director, Intelligence Programs
Specializing in counterintelligence activities, Dave made substantial contributions to human intelligence and document and media exploitation. He has extensive experience in defining and integrating future concepts and force modernization initiatives with cutting-edge technologies supporting joint advanced concept technology evaluation and integration efforts. He is a recipient of the US Army Military Intelligence Corps’ Knowlton Award.
